With the sales almost coming to a close and payday still another week or so off, we thought we would see how tight we could squeeze the budget and still buy a stylish outfit for less.  This week will see a mixture of articles ranging from a whole outfit for work for less than £25 and how to save over £1000 on a designer outfit.  So whatever your budget, we’re testing it to the limit.

Once the summer hit’s high temperatures you need to start re-thinking your work wardrobe. Here at chiconomise we have hunted around to find a new summer work outfit for under £25, the first item is a simple black top for £7 which you can mix and match even on your most exhausted morning. The wrap around effect and low neck line will show your figure at its best and the light material will keep you cool in all those meetings.

We also found a long white pencil skirt with ruffle detail which will add another 2 inches to your pins for those who need it and make you look the picture of professional and at £9 you can’t go wrong.

To finish the outfit every woman must own some comfy killer heels; they need to be of a decent height and kind to your feet because heels don’t look their best with a limp. For those of you chiconomist’s that aren’t comfortable with heels buy a lower pair with the same idea in mind, we found a plain black pair for £6.50.
