Ah, the 80’s and 90’s… The Barbie riding stable, The Adrian Mole books, the Fruit of the Loom jumpers and the Paul Young calendar (or was that just me?). There always seemed to be a must-have item that if you didn’t have, you weren’t cool. Simple as.  Then, when you got it, you were upgraded to being instantly too cool for school (looking back, it seems so easy).
