Golden Globes Glamour

Each year around this time fashionistas everywhere focus their sights on the red carpet that will be rolled out at a series of glamorous events over the award ceremony season. It is the fashion we spy at these events that will influence our formal fashion choices for the year to come. As such, it is only appropriate that we share with you our favourite gowns of the first of these fabulous evenings; the Golden Globes.
As nude tones and classic black seemed to be the order of the day we picked a couple of each that really got our shopping minds all in a tizz.
First up, the nudes. Charlize Theron and Kate Beckinsale both looked pretty in pink in their respective Dior Couture and Roberto Cavalli gowns. The fish tail silhouette appeared to be back with a vengance, Theron’s gown spicing up the classic shape with a sexy split up the front with gathered detail.
Moving on to the LBDs (Long Black Dresses). Mila Kunis, Dior’s new celeb face, looked nothing but glamorous in a flowing black Dior number. Again, the classic look was mixed up a little by Evan Rachel Wood in a stunning feathered Gucci gown.
Now we’ve got the idea all that’s left is buying something similar for ourselves, or making it, we hear sewing machines are going cheap at the moment. Anythings worth a try to look as amazing as these ladies, right?
