Another year of the National Television awards has been and gone with another round of our favourite TV stars being chauffeured home at the end of the night with shiny silver awards in hand.

There was a bit of a fashion faux pas phenomenon on the red carpet this year, but in among the sea of over the top bling, over zealous use of sunbeds and a number of painfully pink get-ups were a select few that really got it right.

Hollyoaks actress Rachel Shenton kept it classy with this classic line fish tail gown in a very on-trend burgundy, She topped it all off with beautifully painted black nails; very cute.

Believe it or not another style leader on the night happened to be from the cast of Towie. Lydia Bright pulled off this simple black gown beautifully without overdoing it with garish accessories. Who said Essex girls weren’t classy.

Corrie star Michelle Keegan hit the graceful nail on the head in this nude fishtail Willamina gown by Rachel Gilbert.

New comer to the awards and winner of the newcomer award for her role as Lauren in East Enders, Jaqueline Jossa, also deserves a special mention for her stunning frock. The 19 year old caught our eyes with her gorgeous full length black and maroon gown with lace detail.
