Shimmer uses beads of powder with light-diffusing particles and pearl pigments to radiate your skin.  It also contains Vitamin E, which is an antioxidant that helps to soften the skin.  A great mid range bronzer, complementary of all skin tones.  The only negative is that it's a nightmare if you drop a bead on the floor and someone crushes it into the carpet.
