This is so quick, so easy and so yummy it shouldn't be allowed
Sometimes I need a sugar hit in the morning, but one that is healthy and will get me through to mid-morning at the very least. This smoothie is great on its own or with a nice bowl of cereal.
Serves 1
Takes 1 minutes
1 cup of orange juice
1 tsp of honey
2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
1 banana
You'll need: a food processor, electric whisk or smoothie maker, a glass.
1. Tear the banana into pieces and throw all the ingredients into the smoothie maker.
2. Whizz together
3. Pour out and enjoy
